HRP Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Activation
Your membership becomes active immediately after successful payment. You will receive instant access to all membership benefits based on your selected plan.

2. Membership Period & Renewal
All paid memberships (Professional and Enterprise) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership will not automatically renew unless explicitly enabled in your account settings. You may upgrade your plan at any time; the remaining balance will be prorated.

3. Course Access Rights
3.1 Courses purchased with Professional discount
You retain permanent access to any course purchased during your active Professional membership. As long as the course remains published, your access will not expire after your membership ends. If you cancel your membership before its expiry date, the discounted purchase is no longer valid and you must pay the price difference to continue accessing the course.

3.2 Enterprise access
All Enterprise internal members enjoy full access to all purchased courses during the active membership period. If the Enterprise membership expires or is not renewed, course access will be suspended unless the company renews the plan.

4. Events and Resources
Access to events and premium resources is based on your membership tier at the time the event takes place. After a membership expires, access to premium resources and events is no longer available unless renewed.

5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time membership purchases. Refunds apply if you are unsatisfied with your experience and no more than one paid course or one paid event has been used during the refund period. Refunds do not apply if discounted courses have been fully accessed, Enterprise accounts have been assigned, or the membership has been cancelled early while benefits were used.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling early does not refund unused membership time. Early cancellation may affect discounted course access as described above.

7. Enterprise Accounts
Enterprise membership includes 10 internal member accounts. Additional accounts may be purchased separately. HRP reserves the right to revoke access if accounts are used outside the designated company.

8. Intellectual Property
All HRP content is for personal or internal company use only. Redistribution, sharing or reselling any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms
HRP may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members in advance.
