- In 2016, Lichee achieved three prestigious HR certifications within six months: GPHR, CPHR, and SHRM-SCP, with outstanding results.
- In 2017, Lichee Mentor his former manager to pass the SHRM-SCP certification.
- During 2017-18,Lichee's learning partners, including certified SHRM instructor Maggie Sun, Stella Lee Xiaodong, Leona,and Jenny Peng, HSBC Vice Presidents, and Michelle from the United States, achieved a 100% pass rate.
- Since 2018, Lichee recommended and developed a group of mentors, including 18 certified SHRM instructors.

- In 2023, Lichee led a group of exceptional students to co-author China's first SHRM Certification Guidebook, receiving strong endorsements from renowned university professors.
Lichee introduced the Global Flipped Learning Certification (FLGI) and explored localization based on the PECT(Peer Instruction, Expert Learning, Case Study and Team Learning) model.
