HRP Global Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

HRP Global is operated by HRPractitioner Incorporated (“HRP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased through our website and learning platforms.

By purchasing any course, membership, event, coaching session, or digital service from HRP Global, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases of online courses, recorded materials, downloadable resources, memberships, and digital learning content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
  • Accidental purchases reported promptly
  • Billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2. Live Training, Workshops, and Events

For live online or in-person events:

  • Full refund: cancellation requested at least 7 days before the event
  • 50% refund: cancellation requested 3–6 days before the event
  • No refund: cancellation requested within 72 hours of the event start time

HRP reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events when necessary. If HRP cancels an event, participants may choose either:

  • a full refund, or
  • transfer to a future session.

3. Membership Programs

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has started.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Certification Preparation Programs

HRP Global provides educational and training services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • examination results,
  • certifications,
  • employment outcomes,
  • salary increases,
  • immigration outcomes,
  • or professional advancement.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • failure to pass examinations,
  • dissatisfaction with personal study results,
  • or changes in professional goals.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers experiencing billing concerns are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:

  • suspension of services,
  • termination of accounts,
  • and restriction from future purchases.
